Job summary

AAC Technologies in Singapore seeks a seasoned legal executive to lead global legal, regulatory and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will advise senior management on governance, risk, and regulatory strategy, and oversee cross-border M&A and strategic investments.

You will build and implement frameworks for compliance, data privacy, and trade controls, manage internal and external counsel, and drive legal operations and technology initiatives to support international

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a multinational corporation, listed company or international law firm.
• Strong experience in M&A, corporate governance, investments, capital markets and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience handling cross-border legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
