Job summary

Xianlu Consulting is seeking a skilled legal compliance professional to support our platform's overseas market expansion and business rollout. You will provide end-to-end legal support for overseas entities, ensuring daily operations comply with governance and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions, manage external counsel, draft agreements, and deliver compliance training to business teams, fostering risk awareness and resilient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a renowned university; minimum 3 years in internet platforms, law firms, or multinational corporations.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation and business; able to identify and manage multi-country legal risks.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; excellent cross-cultural communication.
• Self-driven, proactive and responsible with teamwork and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal compliance research and design implementation solutions for the platform's overseas market expansion and business rollout, delivering professional legal support for business strategic decisions.

1. Provide end-to-end integrated legal support for overseas entities' daily operations, compliance governance, corporate administration and regulatory liaison.

2. Participate in handling emergencies and adverse incidents, including local labour matters, complex customer complaints and public opinion crises. Prepare legal assessments and response plans, and continuously optimise business workflows through case reviews.

3. Monitor updates to laws and regulatory policies in target jurisdictions, and oversee the management of external legal counsel and partners.

4. Draft and review commercial agreements, platform rules and other contractual legal documents.

5. Develop compliance guidelines, deliver compliance training and risk briefings for business teams to raise overall risk awareness.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law from renowned universities, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience gained in internet platforms, law firms or multinational corporations.

2. Strong interest in technology, innovation and business. Capable of independently identifying, assessing and managing legal and compliance risks for multi-country projects.

3. Fluent in Chinese and able to use English as a working language, with excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.

4. Self-driven, proactive and highly responsible, with good teamwork spirit and resilience under pressure.
