PDR Group is seeking a proactive Senior Legal Executive to drive regional compliance, manage contracts, and support international growth across Asia and beyond. You will partner with regional leadership to provide end-to-end legal, regulatory and governance support for multi-jurisdiction operations.

The role requires strong contract drafting, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments and diverse regulatory regimes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Experience in-house or in a law firm handling multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Strong drafting, review and risk management of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Strategy: conduct legal research and design compliance frameworks for regional market entry.
• Full-Lifecycle Legal Operations: provide legal coverage for platform operations and governance.
• Incident & Risk Assessment: manage regulatory inquiries and post-incident processes.
• Contract Management: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Regulatory Monitoring: track laws and coordinate with external counsel across markets.
• Compliance Enablement: develop internal guidelines and conduct risk-awareness training.

They are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Senior Legal Executive to drive regional compliance, manage operational risks, and support their international growth.

Role Overview

Reporting to regional leadership, this role provides end-to-end legal, regulatory and corporate governance support across multi-jurisdictional operations. You will serve as a key internal partner, managing daily commercial contracts, handling platform compliance and mitigating operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Strategy: Conduct legal research and design compliance frameworks to support regional market entry and business localization; deliver actionable legal assessments for strategic decisions.
• Full-Lifecycle Legal Operations: Provide comprehensive legal coverage for daily platform operations, corporate governance, internal policy updates, and regulatory communications.
• Incident & Risk Assessment: Manage unexpected operational challenges - including employment relations, complex customer disputes, PR issues, and regulatory inquiries - providing legal evaluations, crisis resolution, and post-incident process optimization.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, platform terms of service, and key corporate documentation.
• Regulatory Monitoring & External Counsel Management: Track evolving laws and regulatory trends across target markets while coordinating with external law firms and legal partners.
• Compliance Enablement: Develop practical internal compliance guidelines and conduct risk-awareness training for cross-functional business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or a related legal discipline from a recognized institution.
• Relevant legal or paralegal experience within an in-house platform setting, law firm or corporate environment.
• Strong foundation in commercial contract drafting, review, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multi-jurisdictional compliance frameworks and regional operational matters.
• High accountability, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
