Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a legal counsel to provide broad legal, contractual and corporate support across multiple business units.

The role involves reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and offering advisory services. Candidates should hold a law degree with strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Degree in Law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies and business units on a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory generally.
• Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects.
• Support setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and the closing or liquidation of such set up.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work.
• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters.
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.
