Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across a group of companies. The role focuses on contracts, corporate matters, and construction law, with responsibility for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial issues.

Applicants should have 8–12 years PQE in construction law and a law degree. Office hours are 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, in Singapore, with salary SGD 7,000–7,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law with PQE of 8–12 years in construction law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues.
• Review contracts, draft documents, negotiate terms and provide advisory services.
• Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects.

Job description

• Location: 25 Tanjong Kling Rd
• Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days
• Working hours : 8am to 530pm
• Salary :$7,000 - $7,500

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies and business units on a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate and commercial issues; including contracts review, drafting, negotiation and advisory generally
• Support commercial, contract and claims management of projects
• Support setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices, and the closing or liquidation of such set up
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants and oversee the progress of their work
• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal and contractual matters
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Law
• 8 to 12 years’ post-qualification experience , knowledge inconstruction law
