Omnilojo is seeking a Singapore-based Legal Counsel to support its international legal and compliance team. The role involves providing hands-on legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, drafting and negotiating contracts (licensing, partnerships, employment), and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks.

The successful candidate will also support corporate governance, IP protection strategies, and data privacy initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a recognized law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Admission to the Singapore Bar preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
