Job summary

SSQ is seeking an In-house Legal Counsel to support Southeast Asia and international operations for a global technology-driven insurance infrastructure company based in Singapore.

You will independently manage commercial negotiations, draft complex legal documents, and conduct multi-jurisdictional legal research, advising on dispute resolution, compliance policies, and employment matters while reporting to the Global General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognised school.
• 6–10 years PQE in international law firms, MNCs, or tech companies.
• Strong experience in TMT, cloud, or internet industries.
• Experience advising multinational operations and cross-border negotiations.

Responsibilities
