Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Leasing Executive/Officer to drive leasing for coffee shops and food courts in Singapore.

You will source tenants, negotiate leases, renewals, and manage tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental performance. Collaborate with Leasing Administration, Operations, and Maintenance to resolve issues, monitor arrears, and conduct market research to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/FOOD&BEVERAGE leasing is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Ability to analyse market trends and occupancy data.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct site viewings and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate rental revisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and address leasing/operational issues.
• Monitor rental arrears and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with Leasing Administration on documentation and tenancy matters.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project, and Maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support management in achieving target occupancy and optimal tenant mix.
