Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Leasing Manager to develop leasing plans for a coffeeshop portfolio and work with the Leasing Officer to achieve the target food type mix and 95% occupancy.

You will negotiate leases, manage landlords and supervise the Leasing Team in Singapore. Responsibilities include tenancy documentation, site sourcing, tenders, renewals, and coordinating with Operations and Facilities for renovations and new stalls planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop leasing plan and work with Leasing Officer to ensure the coffeeshop have the balance food type mix.
• Track and maintain occupancy to ensure 95% occupancy and rent terms within market rate.
• Manage bad debts and tenant arrears per SOP.
• Source potential new sites via property agents.
• Negotiate head lease renewals with landlords.
• Engage in tenders (HDB Hospitals University Polytechnic).
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve tenant issues and with Facilities on renovations and new stalls planning.
• Oversee tenancy agreements and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide daily reports on leads, renewals and tenant status.
• Manage all properties under Broadway Textiles Group.
• Handle inquiries/leases renewals for SG F&B outlets.
• Lead and supervise the Leasing Team.
