Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a proactive Leasing Executive / Officer to manage leasing activities for coffee shops and food courts. You will source tenants, negotiate leases, renewals, and maintain strong tenant relationships to optimize occupancy.

Responsibilities include market research, negotiating terms, and coordinating with management to achieve target occupancy and a balanced tenant mix. 5.5-day workweek with on-site location at Textile Centre in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of leasing, property management, sales, or business development preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct site viewings and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate rental revisions in line with company targets.
