Talent Link by e2i is seeking a senior leasing professional to maximise rental occupancy and optimise tenancy mix for a mall. You will conduct market research, identify new market segments, and develop marketing strategies to attract the right tenants.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a team in a fast-evolving retail real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in the leasing function in a retail real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of the tenancy agreement process and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Highly motivated, resourceful, positive and proactive, thrive on challenges and time pressures.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy and optimise tenancy mix of the mall.
