Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a leasing professional to source and secure tenants for vacant stalls, conduct site viewings, negotiate rental terms and manage renewals.

You will build tenant relationships, perform market research, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal occupancy and tenant mix, working Mon-Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at Lavender.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or Marketing.
• 1–3 years' experience in leasing, property management, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct site viewings, negotiate rental terms, and manage renewals.
• Build strong tenant relationships and handle rental arrears.
• Conduct market research and coordinate with internal teams to optimize occupancy.

Responsibilities :

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking and cold calling.

• Conduct site viewings, negotiate rental and lease terms, and manage tenancy renewals.

• Build strong tenant relationships, follow up on rental arrears and resolve leasing or operational matters.

• Conduct market research and work with internal teams to achieve optimal occupancy rates and tenant mix.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing or a related field.

• Preferably 1–3 years' experience in leasing, property management, sales or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; retail, F&B, coffee shop or food court leasing experience is an advantage.
