Job summary

SURBANA JURONG CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Leasing/Event Planning and Coordination professional to manage venue operations, tenant relations, and event logistics.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end event execution in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include lease and event management, market research, reporting, and coordination with Marketing and Facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations and events.
• Proven track record in end-to-end event management and leasing coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing venue operations and event coordination including logistics.
• Lease, tenant, and event management, including fee review and billing.
• Conducting viewings, inspections, and market research.
• Handling documentation, renewals, terminations, and reporting.
• Engage with clients and vendors, coordinating catering, AV, and setup.
• Prepare lease/event management reports and support facilities.
• Act as Duty Manager for events when needed.
