Job summary

Yayasan MENDAKI is seeking an Executive Officer / Senior Executive Officer (Learning Technology & Innovation) to drive digital transformation of learning experiences. You will design and implement innovative digital solutions, digitalise curriculum content, support LMS operations, and explore AI-enabled tools to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Background in educational technology, IT, multimedia or related disciplines.
Experience in supporting digital learning platforms.
Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, iSpring, Google Suite.
Able to work in fast-paced environments and multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative.
Resourceful team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

Develop interactive learning objects and convert materials for online/blended delivery.
Ensure content accessibility and alignment with instructional objectives.
Manage LMS operations and content maintenance.
Monitor performance and support enhancements to improve user experience.
Test and maintain LMS features for smooth delivery.
Create self-help guides and training resources.
Provide first-level support and conduct training sessions.
Gather user feedback to improve learning experiences.
Generate usage reports and dashboards for adoption and completion.
Surface insights to curriculum and operations teams for iterative improvements.
