Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a role focused on holistic learning support for ITE students with special educational needs. You will work in a team with students, families, and college staff to manage academic journeys, internships, and social-emotional development.

Responsibilities include coordinating accommodations, developing learning plans, providing outreach to staff, referring students to agencies, and documenting progress to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Credentials in a relevant discipline (e.g. special education) preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting students with special educational needs preferred.
• Passion for working with youth requiring special educational support.
• Cultural sensitivity and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic learning support to students with special educational needs in a team.
• Coordinate exam accommodations and assistive device arrangements.
• Develop and implement learning plans with families and college staff.
• Deliver consultation and outreach programmes to academic staff on SEN and interventions.
• Refer students to relevant agencies and internship support vendors.
• Document, track, monitor, report cases and process procurements.
• Implement psycho-social-educational programmes and CCA.
