Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Specialist to migrate programmes and content to our learning platform. You will ensure accuracy through QA testing and collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, meticulous organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. You will assist in planning and delivering learning enablement workshops and handle day-to-day BAU duties.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of learning programmes onto the learning platform.
• Conduct QA and testing of learning content before publication.
• Troubleshoot learning platform and content-related issues with the tech team.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide support.
• Assist with planning and logistics of learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in delivering learning enablement workshops.
• Perform BAU duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto the learning platform.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication.
• Assist with troubleshooting learning platform and content-related issues, working with the technical team where required.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support.
• Support the planning and logistics of learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in facilitating and delivering learning enablement workshops.
• Perform other day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in learning support, content management or a related role is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Comfortable working with digital learning platforms and content management systems.

Duration/Working Hours:

6 months (Nov 2026 - May 2027)

42 working hours per week
