Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a skilled Training & Development professional to lead capability development for Tied Distribution Consultants. You will design and deliver training across classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats, while analyzing performance data to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification; Degree preferred.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications required.
• Experience designing and delivering training for Affluent & HNW segments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes (classroom, virtual and e-learning) to achieve business objectives and sales outcomes.
• Conduct TNA through stakeholder engagement and data analytics to identify capability gaps and tailor interventions.
• Develop programmes that build financial advisory competencies and high-net-worth advisory skills.
• Partner with Business Development, Sales Management, Product, Wealth and Marketing to support capability-building projects.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and measure business impact using feedback and performance metrics.
• Leverage learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and post-training performance.
