Job summary

National Gallery Singapore seeks a Manager/Assistant Manager (Learning & Outreach) to lead schools and public education partnerships, develop programmes, manage budgets and coordinate with diverse partners to bring new audiences to the Gallery.

You will design meaningful art experiences, oversee surveys and evaluations, and ensure smooth event logistics while maintaining high standards of content, accessibility and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in education or arts outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement education and outreach programmes.
• Strong collaboration, communication and budget management skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support educational approaches and planning aligned with learning vision.
• Develop programmes, manage budget and partnership planning with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with vendors, artists, public, government agencies and corporates.
• Procure quotes and manage PO-related matters for division activities.
• Coordinate surveys and evaluations to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Ensure event logistics and site visits run smoothly with internal and external partners.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and on-site coverage as needed.
