Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead end-to-end training content development for our semiconductor/tech clients in Singapore. You will work with engineers and safety managers to translate complex data into engaging learning materials.

You will manage LMS assets, map curricula for various hardware roles, and continuously update materials to reflect industry changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or content creation, specifically within the semiconductor, hardware engineering, or high-tech manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: Design and develop end-to-end training content, including e-learning modules, videos, manuals, job aids, and simulations.
• SME Collaboration: Partner with semiconductor engineers, physicists, and safety managers to translate technical data into engaging instructional content.
• Multimodal Delivery: Create multimedia assets using video editing, graphic design, and 3D modeling to visualize complex workflows.
• Curriculum Mapping: Build role-specific learning paths for hardware engineers, equipment technicians, and cleanroom operators.
• LMS Management: Upload, organize, and maintain learning assets in the LMS, tracking compliance and effectiveness.
• Continuous Updates: Monitor industry shifts and internal engineering updates to refresh existing training materials dynamically.

• Multimodal Delivery:Create multimedia assets using video editing, graphic design, and 3D modeling tools to visualize complex microarchitecture and fabrication workflows.
• Curriculum Mapping:Build role-specific learning paths for hardware engineers, equipment technicians, and cleanroom operators.
• LMS Management:Upload, organize, and maintain learning assets within the corporate Learning Management System (LMS), tracking compliance and effectiveness.
• Continuous Updates:Monitor industry shifts and internal engineering updates to refresh existing training materials dynamically.

Required Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience:3+ years of experience in instructional design or content creation, specifically within the semiconductor, hardware engineering, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
