Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to join our team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. You will drive training programs, communicate learning needs to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance.

You will coordinate with external partners, support HR initiatives, and foster a positive learning environment that develops staff and enhances guest experiences.

• Facilitate a positive learning environment by assisting with HR activities and programs that promote employee development.
• Coordinate effectively with external partners to support training initiatives and program delivery.
