Job summary

Ngee Ann Polytechnic is seeking an Executive for the CET Academy on an 11-month contract. The role focuses on handling inquiries via phone and email, guiding learners through the application process, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely responses.

The successful candidate will support customer service procedures, monitor feedback, and collaborate with teams to meet call centre KPIs while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and another language.
• Able to communicate clearly and handle multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries from prospective learners via phone and email, providing accurate information and friendly support.
• Assist in lead conversion by guiding learners through the application process.
• Support implementation of customer service procedures and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Monitor feedback and elevate recurring issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and monthly reporting for calls and emails.
