Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Student Services Executive to support daily learning centre operations and ensure a high-quality learner journey. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, education, training administration, hospitality or related service industry.
• Experience in an education or training centre is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to learners, trainers and corporate clients throughout the learner journey.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learner enquiries via telephone, email, CRM system and walk-ins.
• Coordinate and support the smooth delivery of training programmes and daily centre operations.
• Assist with classroom facilitation, learner engagement and trainer support during training sessions.
• Perform course administration, including learner records, attendance, evaluations, certification support and programme documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, facilities, training materials and vendor arrangements to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
• Resolve learner enquiries and service issues promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Support continuous process improvements and operational initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and training requirements.
