Job summary

RIGHT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled engineer to identify and implement manufacturing process improvements, following standard engineering procedures.

The role focuses on increasing efficiency and aligning operations with best practices in a precision/mechanical environment. You will plan workflows, analyse production data and trends, and train staff to uphold the company values while promoting 5S/LEAN methods in the production area.

Qualifications

• Dip/Deg in Precision/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience promoting 5S or LEAN manufacturing in production area.
• Understand engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
• Following standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
• Plan process workflows and analyse production data and trends to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Train and mentor employees to align their actions and decisions with the organization’s core values.
