Job summary

CAREER INTERNATIONAL - FOS PTE. LTD. on Pioneer Road seeks a Diploma-holding engineer to identify and implement manufacturing process improvements, create standard work procedures, and plan workflows to boost efficiency.

You will interpret BOM and technical drawings, provide production support, investigate non-conformances, and train machinists. Salary is up to SGD 5,000 basic plus bonus; hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering is required.
• Ability to interpret BOM and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant Product, Technical Standards and Codes.
• Strong investigation and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements and best practices.
• Create standard engineering and production work procedures and instructions.
• Plan process workflows and analyse production data to improve efficiency.
• Provide support in production to ensure operations run smoothly and meet customer requirements.
• Investigate non-conformance root causes and suggest corrective actions.
• Provide coaching and training to machinists on procedures and instructions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
