Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to plan and coordinate production, improve processes and lead technology transfer. You will support maintenance, safety, and quality compliance while driving cost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production to meet customer and business requirements.
• Improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Lead new equipment, technology transfer and new product introduction activities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and CAPA for production and equipment issues.
• Drive Lean, 5S, digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractors and ensure safe engineering and facility work.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety briefings; support incident response as Site Incident Controller.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, technical documents and validation reports.
• Provide training and coaching to Production and Engineering teams.
• Monitor production data and costs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead or support process, equipment, automation and facility improvement projects.
