Job summary

AMCOR FLEXIBLES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations professional to lead production processes, drive continuous improvement and deliver data-driven results.

You will coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting in ERP and QA systems, ensuring GMP compliance and safe operations. The role requires coordinating with HR on workforce planning, coaching and performance evaluations, while managing process changes and new equipment qualification.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in manufacturing, production/process engineering, or technical management.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production processes to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting in ERP/QAD systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean, 6S and Kaizen.
• Coordinate and ensure accurate production data entry and KPI reporting.
• Support recruitment, promotions and evaluations with Operations Leadership.
