Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lean Improvement Associate for a 12-month contract, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, at One North. The role offers a basic salary up to SGD 3,000 per month, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will support SG&A improvement initiatives, analyze processes, and collaborate with regional teams to drive efficiency and training programs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and data visualization is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates or students are welcome.
• Experience with process improvement methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects within SG&A functions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, value stream mapping, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with country and regional teams to execute improvement initiatives effectively.
• Assist in Lean / PPI training initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement through communications, events, and success sharing.
• Maintain internal platforms (e.g., newsletters, knowledge databases, recognition programs) and support administration of digital tools such as Dploy and EPPIC.
