Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd seeks a Continuous Improvement / Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Executive to support the Regional PPI Manager across Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East. Location: Science Park / Capricorn, Singapore, on a 12-month contract with a salary up to S$3,500 per month.

The role requires a diploma or degree and 1–3 years in CI/Process Improvement, plus basic statistics and Microsoft 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related discipline is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, Process Excellence or a related area is preferred.
• Digital Savvy with basic Statistics & Microsoft 365 skills is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, Problem-Solving Methodology, Data Visualization and Project Management will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support regional PPI/Continuous Improvement projects across SG&A functions in APMEA.
• Analyse processes, conduct Value Stream Mapping and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve business processes.
• Analyse data and track project KPIs, outcomes and benefits.
• Support PPI/Lean training, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote PPI culture through communications, events, success stories and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain PPI resources, including the website, newsletter and knowledge database.
• Support regional PPI digital tools such as DPloy and EPPIC.
