Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks an Executive Engineer/Engineer (Modelling and Technology) in the Water Systems Department, Planning & Capability Development Division. You will lead engineering models to plan and guide design and construction of water resource systems and support R&D projects.

You will manage project cycles, including planning, tendering and supervision, ensure timely milestones, prepare reports, and collaborate with PUB and partners to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving.
• Good writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, contract administration and supervision.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal divisions, agencies, consultants and contractors.
• Support documentation, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
