Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, invites applications for an Executive Engineer / Engineer (Modelling and Technology) in the Water Systems Department. You will lead development of engineering models to plan and guide design and construction for integrated water resource management and related R&D projects.

You will manage project cycles, coordinate with PUB divisions and external agencies, prepare reports, and promote documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement within the project

Qualifications

Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering is required.
Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, GIS and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Manage project cycles including planning, contract administration (tendering and awarding) and supervision.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones; prepare reports and present recommendations to management.
Collaborate with PUB divisions, government agencies, academia, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Support documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project framework.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
