Job summary

Cold Storage Singapore (1983) PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Executive to lead a team, drive warehouse standards, and ensure KPIs are met. You will oversee end-to-end activities, optimize processes, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and compliance.

The role requires at least two years of warehouse operations experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment. A 5.5-day work week is expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience as an Operations Executive in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, charts); PowerBI for reporting will be a plus.
• Strong documentation skills—able to write clear SOPs, workflows, and process maps (Visio is a plus).
• Ability to work as an individual and contribute as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of supervisors, assistants, and contractors to maintain high operational standards and meet DC KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure excellent customer account handling with high service levels and operational accuracy; aim for zero complaints.
• Assist the Management / AOM / OM with assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties to support overall efficiency of DC operations.
