Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong multitasking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and concepts.
• Knowledge of programming and debugging techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Test Engineering team for server and rack products.
• Identify, track, and analyze online/offline issues to improve testing strategies.
• Conduct training sessions to strengthen team skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to develop test programs.
• Provide technical direction on process improvements and new projects.
• Support operations in resolving production issues.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
• Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives.
• Participate in ISO and RBA compliance activities.
