Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project & program managers across Asia Pacific to deliver a complex portfolio of projects & programs.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve objectives through growth and performance excellence.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Use enterprise‑level AI capabilities to accelerate planning, validate outputs, and manage data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate with cross‑functional teams to define scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
