Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks a Systems Design Engineer (Vehicle) to lead overall vehicle systems integration across powertrain, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical subsystems. You will interface with customers and cross-functional teams, prepare system specs, review designs, and maintain BOMs for production.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and has experience in vehicle integration and PLM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in systems engineering practices.
• Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM & NX advantageous.
• Application knowledge of vehicular systems.
• Experience in vehicle conversion or integration onto vehicle chassis.
• Strong leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude and drive to learn new things.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Innovative with the ability to think creatively and propose new ideas.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Prepare and maintain BOM for production
• Prepare design records
• Prepare final product specifications
