Job summary

NTU's Student Development and Leadership Academy seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to design and lead leadership programmes for student growth. You will own initiatives across Leadership for All and Leadership Engagement, enabling global leadership experiences and managing leadership awards.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least six years of relevant experience in student engagement or student development.
• Experience in youth and leadership development sectors is advantageous.
• Strong pedagogical expertise with ability to design and facilitate learning experiences.
• Demonstrated event management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Established track record in stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel overseas for project supervision when required.
• Flexibility to support student events during weekday evenings or weekends in term time.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead programmes under Leadership for All and Leadership Engagement pillars.
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of foundational training for NTU student ambassadors.
• Champion leadership excellence and administer leadership awards for outstanding leaders.
• Turn insights into impact using student leadership data to shape initiatives.
• Manage the Global Leadership Experience programme and coordinate international exchanges.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges and institutes to align activities with student life goals.
