Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for a qualified civil/structural engineer to take the lead in design functions, ensuring coordination with clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining the drawing registry, issuing updates, and reviewing drawings/specifications for discrepancies. This is a critical role in managing site-based design matters.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of prior experience with a contractor or consultant environment, focusing on C&S Design function.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in C&S/Technical design functions; be in-charge for all civil/structural site-based design matters.
• Attending and proactive in design coordination meetings with consultants/client.
• Ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings/BIM models are available.
• Ensure transmittal forms/emails are issued for latest drawings/BIM models.
• Study & review drawings/specifications in identifying discrepancies and issue queries.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural or relevant engineering discipline
