Job summary

JC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor/Line Cook to support the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen operation.

You will help ensure high standards of preparation, presentation and hygiene while coordinating multiple sections to deliver timely meals. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, a positive attitude, and the ability to train junior staff.

Qualifications

• No min cert required.
• Experience with kitchen equipment.
• Understand basic food hygiene practices and health and safety.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Be punctual and well disciplined.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with Chef to develop diversified menus.
• Prepare and cook dishes to standard and presentation specs.
• Run and coordinate all kitchen sections and staff.
• Manage kitchen in absence of Executive Chef.
• Maintain efficiency and multitasking across duties.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Assist with stock, ordering, and wastage minimization.
• Contribute to training junior staff and trainees.
• Uphold staff conduct and guest experience standards.
