Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP seeks a Solutions Engineer/Manager to design end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for customers across the region. You will lead complex bids, balancing service needs, cost-to-serve and feasibility, while engaging customers and internal stakeholders through workshops and technical proposals.

You will develop standards and tools, support RFQ processes, and oversee cost analysis, automation opportunities, and solution re-engineering projects across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• Comfortable with data analytical and customer facing role.
• Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project.
• Advanced in AutoCAD.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate development of end-to-end bespoke logistics solutions for customers.
• Lead solution development for complex bids balancing service requirements, cost-to-serve and feasibility.
• Support customer engagement and internal stakeholders through workshops, presentations and technical proposals.
• Warehouse solution design for customers including RFQ, site visits, and presentations.
• Provide cost analysis and rates using cost model.
• Build RFQ technical proposals and present solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Project Management for handover and implementation support.
• Maintain commercial packages and costing tools; drive innovation, automation and robotics.
