Job summary

Affinidi is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to anchor our GTM efforts in Southeast Asia and Greater China, based in Singapore with travel flexibility. The role blends hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and ecosystem development to design verifiable, portable identity systems with built-in governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years total experience with 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, APIs, microservices and cloud architectures
• Builder mindset with capability to prototype and integrate systems
• Experience across startup and enterprise environments
• Mandarin language skills required given regional scope
• Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and business audiences
• Hands-on experience with AI systems and modern development tooling
• Willingness to operate in ambiguity and shape early-stage markets
• Player-coach mindset, capable of guiding others when needed
• Proven track record in leading customer engagements from discovery to production adoption

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design
• Translate customer needs into secure, trust-enabled systems
• Deliver demos, PoCs, and technical validations
• Guide end-to-end deployments and customer adoption
• Produce architecture diagrams, flows, and compliance considerations
• Represent Affinidi at workshops, summits, and industry events
• Create reusable patterns and reference architectures for prescriptive guidance
• Provide product feedback and influence roadmap decisions
