Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore invites applications for an Executive Engineer / Engineer, Solar Project (1-YR Temp Contract) to support the delivery of a solar PV installation at the Singapore Rail Testing Centre (SRTC).

You will assist the Project Manager in tender administration, coordination, deployment, and commissioning, while liaising with contractors and authorities to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing solar PV projects from design to commissioning and O&M.
• Familiar with authority submissions, approval processes, and grid connection requirements.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work on-site in the western region of Singapore.
• Committed to delivering the project within contract duration.
• Experience in railway environment and/or rail safety requirements.
• Experience with utility-scale or embedded solar PV systems.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing end-to-end delivery of the solar PV project, including coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee concept and detailed design, regulatory approvals, and safety plans.
• Monitor schedule, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and authorities.
• Support site supervision to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
