Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior / Assistant Project Engineer, Rail (Power Supply System). You will be part of the project team inspecting and supervising construction to ensure safety, progress and quality in accordance with contracts and regulations.

You will monitor contractor activities, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and assist with inspections and reporting to ensure successful delivery, installation and testing & commissioning of the power

Qualifications

Knowledge in Electrical / Power Engineering.
Engineering experience and knowledge of Power Supply System and power electronics.
Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform shift work including weekends.
Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspection and supervise construction to ensure safety, progress and quality.
Monitor contractor site activities and ensure timely delivery, installation and testing & commissioning.
Participate in meetings and liaise with project teams, contractors and stakeholders on site matters.
Be involved in statutory inspections conducted by external parties.
Maintain proper records, including drafting daily and weekly reports.
