Job summary

You will partner with front office traders, Quants/QR, Sales, Middle Office, and Production Management to deliver capabilities across trading, risk, P&L, inventory, and logistics workflows in fast-moving markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in SDLC with agile/modern engineering practices including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Scala, C++, or C#, with willingness to be highly proficient in Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for Singapore Energy tech: end-to-end execution from requirements to production support.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others’ code to maintain engineering craftsmanship.
• Build inventory & logistics capabilities on the Athena platform for energy activities.
• Design resilient, observable services with safe rollouts, rollbacks, and strong operational readiness.
• Mentor and grow engineers; shape hiring and onboarding for the local team.
