Qualifications

• Formal software engineering education with 5+ years' experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, operations.
• Experience evaluating architectural designs and driving AI-assisted tooling adoption.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Drives enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and operations.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve value realization through automation.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring issues for better stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and feasibility.
