Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Singapore seeks an Analyst for the Quantitative Trading & Research group to design algorithmic order execution across macro assets on the trading floor. You will identify trading techniques, back-test models, and build tools in collaboration with technology.

You will cover day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and support cross-team interaction with Voice Trading, Sales, Product, Research and Technology. Strong coding and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java/C++ or any other object‑oriented languages.
• Oriented towards careful system design and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with Clients, Voice Trading, Sales, Product, Research and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement algorithmic orders to execute on behalf of clients.
• Formulate, analyse and back-test strategies, models, and signals.
• Collaborate with technology to develop low-latency infrastructure that scales with business needs.
• Perform statistical analysis of algorithmic order execution to drive improvements.
• Develop real-time and post-trade transaction cost analysis models to optimize execution.
