Job summary

Virtusa Singapore is seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant to lead Service Cloud / PSS implementations. You will leverage OmniStudio, Apex, SOQL and LWC to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs across customer service processes.

Salesforce Platform API development and integrations will be a core focus, supported by relevant certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and OmniStudio Developer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud / PSS implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Omni s), Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform API development and integration
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, OmniStudio Developer, Service Cloud Consultant.
