Job summary

YM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead hands-on design, configuration and integration for Service Cloud projects.

This senior role requires deep platform expertise and a track record delivering complex customizations. You will work with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC and Aura Components, leverage Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD, and collaborate in an Agile team to implement Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and data tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in Service Cloud implementation and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce data tools: Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar ETL tools.
• Unit test code development experience.
• Code review and quality improvements experience.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
