You will mentor teams, uphold best practices, and push for continuous delivery while embracing change and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience across two or more languages and OO tech in modern environments.
• Ability to apply modernization patterns pragmatically to complex legacy estates.
• Experience leading teams with Agile, Lean and CI practices.
• Active exploration and strategic adoption of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead in strategic AI-first software delivery across the SDLC.
• Drive clean, reusable code with TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
• Advocate continuous delivery to ship value early to clients.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and roadmap.
