The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and teammates, ongoing learning, and applying modern tooling, patterns, and DevSecOps practices to produce high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have led software development teams and coached others.
• Strong background in Java and fullstack React projects.
• Familiar with Agile/Lean and continuous delivery practices.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Committed to ongoing learning and evolution of systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion best practices: TDD, pair programming, design patterns.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Promote continuous delivery to deliver value early.
• Design solutions and select technologies to solve client problems.
• Collaborate with teammates to build features and prototypes with UX in mind.
• Apply up-to-date tech thinking from our radar to client projects.
• Code alongside developers and avoid post-technical stances.
• Foster DevSecOps culture and security-aware development.
