Job summary

Wee Poh Construction Co (Pte) Ltd is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee high-rise building works, ensuring all activities comply with project drawings and specifications. Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.

You will plan and coordinate site activities, liaise with subcontractors’ supervisors, and lead a team of RC workers when required, while maintaining adherence to Safe Work Procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in supervision of high rise building projects.
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
• Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings.
• Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors.
• Ensure works carried out in compliance with Safe Work Procedures.
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage.
