Job summary

Wee Poh Construction Co (Pte) Ltd in Singapore seeks a site supervisor with a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 3 years' experience in building or civil projects. You will read and execute construction drawings, coordinate site activities with subcontractors, and enforce safety procedures on site.

Experience leading reinforced concrete crews and familiarity with A&A projects for commercial buildings or shopping malls are a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering is required or equivalent.
3 years' experience in building or civil engineering projects is preferred.
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings is essential.
A&A experience in commercial buildings/shopping malls and upgrading projects is a plus.
Knowledge of BIM/VDC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Report to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with project specs and drawings.
Plan and coordinate site activities and liaise with subcontractor supervisors.
Ensure works comply with Safe Work Procedures.
Experience leading RC workers is an advantage.
